General Terms and Conditions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (purchase) within 14 calendar days without any justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.

Items to be returned must not have been used and must contain all elements (tags, packaging, etc.) included in the original shipment. Otherwise, you could be penalized up to 100% of the item's value. You alone will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The shoe box is part of the original product. Make sure to pack it properly inside another shipping box so it does not get damaged during transport.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

When your package arrives at our headquarters and we verify that the items are in the conditions mentioned above, we will proceed to refund the product accordingly. (shipping costs are exempt from refund). In case of a return of the total amount, the shipping cost will be deducted if the error is not attributable to Brands Democracy.

We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or, if applicable, to the person authorized by you to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
