The Dr. Martens Made in England Vintage collection continues to be made at the original Wellingborough factory. The shoemakers follow the original construction techniques to create this 3-eyelet 1461 shoe made from Quilon leather, a reissue of Dr. Martens' original classic leather. The leather is durable, has a smooth finish, and was created using our "59" Last, with the most characteristic shape. It is a Goodyear welted product: the upper and sole are stitched, not just glued, as is the case with many footwear models. The Dr. Martens air-cushioned sole offers good resistance to abrasion, slips, oil, and grease. The small visible indentations on the welt, made by the original sewing machine, make these shoes uniquely Dr. Martens.

- Lining and insole: 55% Leather, 45% Textile.
- Sole: 100% PVC.
