LEGAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT RAFFLE
1.- PROMOTING COMPANY
The company BRANDS DEMOCRACY S.L., located at Av de los Yeseros 1 - 28343 - Valdemoro and with identification number ES B-83169276, organizes for promotional purposes the raffle (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of international scope, to be conducted via the Internet, exclusively for users of legal age according to the conditions for participation section.
2.- START AND END DATES
The Promotion will start on June 14 and end on June 21, 2023.
Notwithstanding the above, the participation requirements must be maintained throughout the duration.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:
- Only persons over 18 years old may participate.
- Only participants who indefinitely follow the Instagram account @brandsdemocracy may participate.
- Participants' profiles must be truthful.
- A friend who might be interested in our raffle must be mentioned.
Mentions cannot be of Brands, Public Figures, or Stores.
- Participants may register as many times as comments they post in this promotion, always with different mentions.
- Sharing the post in stories mentioning @brandsdemocracy is optional.
- Like the raffle post published.
- The winner will be chosen on June 22, 2023, and will be published in stories.
- The winner must contact us to provide their details.
- The winner will have 3 business days to contact us. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen.
The mechanics of this promotion consist of indefinitely following @brandsdemocracy and mentioning a friend in a comment to participate in the RAFFLE whose prize is a Beatrix brand backpack and a Beatrix brand water bottle to choose from on our website, provided these products are available at the time of the raffle on our website www.brandsdemocracy.com
4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
A winner will be chosen randomly. The winner will receive as a prize a backpack and a water bottle, both of the Beatrix brand, to choose from the models available at the time of the raffle on our website www.brandsdemocracy.com
Participants can be from all over Europe.
The prize will be sent to the winner once they provide their details and will be delivered via GLS, within the delivery time specified on our page.
5.- LIMITATIONS
If it is found that any participant does not meet the participation requirements of the Terms, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes granted under this Promotion.
Those who cannot participate in the Promotion are: (i) Employees of any companies or entities legally linked to Brands Democracy S.L.; (ii) Individuals who directly or indirectly hold capital in Brands Democracy; (iii) Any other individual who has directly or indirectly participated in organizing this Contest or has been involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.). The prize awarded is non-transferable and cannot be changed, altered, or compensated at the request of Participants, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or money. Brands Democracy SL reserves the right, for just cause and with prior legal communication, to make any changes, suspend, or extend this Promotion. Any tax or fiscal charges arising from accepting the prize, as well as any other expenses derived from the promotion not expressly assumed by Brands Democracy SL in these Legal Terms, will be borne by the winner. A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of prize award is established to make any justified claims. Brands Democracy S.L. reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious, discriminatory, or that could violate third-party rights will not be allowed. Comments against individuals that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and image will also not be permitted. We will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may at any time offend the sensitivity of other participants.
7.- DISCLAIMER
By way of example but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor for the use the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we assume no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that Participants, winners, or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize. If this Promotion cannot be carried out due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of Brands Democracy SL affecting the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.
8.- INSTAGRAM
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Instagram, so Participants release Instagram from all liability for any damages arising from it.
9.- CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms, provided it does not harm or diminish the rights of participants in the Promotion.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claims or disputes arising regarding the validity, interpretation, or compliance with these terms.
