MAXIMUM TIME TO REQUEST A RETURN
You can return one or more items from your order, without any reason; within a period of 15 calendar days, counted from the day you receive your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
It depends on the method you have selected:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless you tell us otherwise.
Non-instant refund to original payment method: it may take up to 15 days - Please note that your order must arrive at our warehouses and we have to check it manually.
Instant refund to bank account: takes less than 10 seconds.
Store Credit (+10% bonus) On your return once the product is received.
Shipping costs are not refundable and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the problem and provide you with instructions to return the item for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We only handle cases of damaged or incorrect items within 15 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
At BrandsDemocracy we currently do not make direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, you must return the original product following the return procedure and place a new order.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Click HERE to access our returns portal, where you will need to enter your order number and the email you used when making the purchase. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns can only be processed for products purchased in the online store. For us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the outer and inner tags, and keep the original packaging, unused. The shoe box is part of the original product. Make sure to pack it properly inside another shipping box so it does not get damaged during transport.
Otherwise, you could be penalized with up to 100% of the item's value.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs are borne by the customer. In case of a return of the full amount, the initial shipping cost will be deducted if applicable.
