Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery Information
Our courier service makes deliveries between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. When you receive the package, check the packaging for any damage. If the products appear damaged, do not accept the shipment.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order will be sent to a nearby pickup point. You will have a limited time to collect it; otherwise, it will be returned to our warehouses, with return costs deducted.

Our courier service will deliver your order to your home or workplace in the following countries:
Spain* (except Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands)
Portugal* (except Azores and Madeira)
Germany* (except Büsingen am Hochrhein) Austria, Belgium, France* (except Monaco), Italy* (except Campione d'Italia, Vatican City, Livigno, San Marino), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland,
"Please note that if your shipping address is located on an island or in an area with a postal code that incurs an additional territorial charge, you will be notified in due time so you can pay the additional amount, if you wish, to complete your order."
What shipping services do we offer and how much do they cost?
Spain and Portugal
Spain Peninsula and Portugal, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, shipping is free for orders of €80.00 or more.
If the order is less than €80, shipping is charged based on the order's weight.
Spain Peninsula up to 5kg, €3.99
Spain Peninsula over 5kg, €4.79
Portugal Peninsula up to 5kg, €4.49
Portugal Peninsula over 5kg, €5.25
*Shipping not available to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Azores, or Madeira.
*Shipping to the Balearic Islands from €7.49, depending on weight.
Europe
Available in the following countries:
Shipments to Sardinia and Sicily in Italy have a cost of €29.99
To Europe, for orders not exceeding €180, shipping cost will be calculated by weight.
Orders up to 3 kilos, and under 180 euros.
Orders between 3 and 5 kilos, and under 180 euros.
Orders over 5 kilos, and under 180 euros.
