MAXIMUM PERIOD TO REQUEST A RETURN

You can return one or more items from your order, without any reason; within a period of 15 calendar days, counted from the day you receive your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

It depends on the method you have selected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless you tell us otherwise.

Non-instant refund: it may take up to 15 days - Please note that your order has to arrive at our warehouses and we have to review it manually.

Instant refund to bank account: takes less than 10 seconds.

Refundin original payment method: depending on the payment method, it may take between 1 and 3 days, once the product is received.

Store Credit (+10% gift) About your return once you receive the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged or defective product. We will evaluate the problem and provide you with instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We only handle cases of damaged or incorrect items within 15 days from the delivery date. Applications made after this period will not be accepted.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be marked as non-returnable on the product page.

MAY I MAKE A SUBSTITUTION?

At BrandsDemocracy you can request an exchange from our returns and exchanges portal managed by Reveni. You will only have to enter the order number and the email address used to make the purchase and follow the instructions indicated.
Remember that a change may affect shipping conditions and rates.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It is only possible to process exchanges and returns of products purchased in the online store. In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and retain the original, unused packaging. The shoe box is part of the original product. Be sure to pack it properly inside another shipping box so that it does not suffer damage in transit.
Otherwise, you could be penalized with up to 100% of the value of the item.

RETURN COSTS

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a refund of the total amount, the initial transportation cost, if any, will be deducted.
