Shipping policy
Delivery Information
Our courier service makes deliveries between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. When your package is delivered, check the packaging for any damage. If the products appear damaged, do not accept the shipment.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order will be sent to a nearby pickup point. You will have a limited time to collect it; otherwise, it will be returned to our warehouses, with return costs deducted.
To which countries do we ship?
Our courier service will deliver your order to your home or workplace in the following countries:
Spain* (except Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands)
Portugal* (except Azores and Madeira)
Germany* (except Büsingen am Hochrhein), Austria, Belgium, France* (except Monaco), Italy* (except Campione d'Italia, Vatican City, Livigno, San Marino), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland,
"Please note that if your shipping address is located on an island or in an area with a postal code that incurs an additional territorial charge, you will be notified in due time so you can pay the additional amount, if you wish, to complete your order."
What shipping services do we offer and how much do they cost?
Spain and Portugal
Spain Peninsula and Portugal, with a shipping timeframe of 2 to 3 business days.
The order is charged based on the order weight.
Spain Peninsula up to 5 kgs, €3.99
Spain Peninsula over 5kg, €5.49
Portugal Peninsula up to 5kg, €4.49
Portugal Peninsula over 5kg, €5.49
For large volume products, such as suitcases, there will be an additional charge of €10 per suitcase.
*Shipping not available to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Azores, or Madeira.
*Shipping to the Balearic Islands starts at €7.99 up to 3 kilos, €9.99 up to 5 kilos, and €14.99 for over 5 kilos.
Europe
Shipping to Sardinia and Sicily in Italy costs €29.99
For Europe, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and total shipment weight.
Orders up to 3 kilos.
Orders between 3 and 5 kilos.
Orders over 5 kilos.
2. Preparation Time and Cancellations
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that once your order has been processed for shipment with a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel it.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be shown at checkout before the final payment.
In certain cases, some orders may include shipping surcharges, for example, for bulky items (such as suitcases or carts) or specific logistical conditions. If applicable, you will see the breakdown before completing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided on our website or on the courier company's website.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.
We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes to our shipping policy will be communicated on our website.
We ask our customers to read and take note before making a purchase. We will automatically assume that the customer has accepted all the terms described above.
