The Converse One Star sneakers are an evolution of the legendary All Stars. This was the result of the growing demand for high-quality basketball sneakers, although these were not as successful. They had their second chance in the early 90s when they appeared on the covers of Thrasher as the perfect skate shoe. The silhouette reached its peak with the arrival of the grunge style and Nirvana. In 1994, these were the last shoes worn by Nirvana's leader, Kurt Cobain.
